Terms and Pricacy Policy

If Clients images are shared on the internet, social media, etc, by Photographer, Client may also share them under the following terms: a. Clients are not permitted to enter images or adaptations thereof in any contests or promotional campaigns without the express written permission of Photographer. b. Photographer retains all copyright and moral rights to each image. Photographer also retains all rights expressly granted in this agreement, including its right to use images for promotional and advertising purposes. c. Clients may use the images for social media purposes, but Clients agree to ONLY post images to social media platforms in the original format that was delivered to them by The McCartneys Dog Photography. d. Clients agree that altering images without obtaining written permission from Photographer is prohibited. Client is forbidden to make edits to the images that were delivered to them by Photographer for images posted online. This includes cropping, adjusting color, adding ‘effects’, adding text, essentially any adjustment in any type of photo editing software. e. If Client displays any images taken by Photographer, Client must identify such images as the work of Photographer, with the text “©The McCartneys Dog Photography” or provide a direct link to www.themccartneysdogs.com. f. Clients agrees not to give digital images to others.
