And now, Sunday Funnies are something I like to share on Instagram.

“Can I photograph your dogs together during the same session?” is a question I’m often asked at dog show portrait sessions, and also for those taking place at our photo studio in central Wisconsin.
And my answer is an immediate YES! So many cute and funny moments naturally unfold in front of my camera while photographing duos, trios, and even whole litters of puppies!
During the same session, I’m able to capture images like this of them together, and then each of their personalities individually as well. Reach out to schedule your session, and let’s have some playtime!
Seeing the joy that comes to my clients’ faces as they are selecting images for their wall… and knowing the smile it’s going to bring every time they look at it. To me, it is such a honor to capture the personality of your furry family members.
Sharing a little visual inspiration for displaying your dog’s portraits in your home. After all, they deserve a place there too!
Shouldn’t every dog have a moment to live as the royal beings they are? Inspired by our dog, Parker, who we’ve lovingly referred to as “Prince Parker” for basically his entire life.
If you’re booking a session with me for your own dog and you’re interested in a “Royal” portrait, be sure to let me know in advance. I don’t always have the crowns with me, but would gladly bring them along for your royal highness!
Each month I pack up my studio and drive over to our local animal shelter, the Humane Society of Marathon County, to photograph as many animals as I can. It’s always lots of dogs, and even more cats, but sometimes we’ll photograph guinea pigs, ferrets, rats, bunnies, chinchillas, and I’ve even photographed a parakeet. This month, December of 2019, was a lot of dogs and cats! I’ve been thinking of doing an all black and white gallery for sometime. We update the animals headshots every month, and I really wanted to create something that caught people’s eye. The more attention we can put on these deserving animals, the better chance they will have of getting adopted! Below is a sample of December’s portraits, which is posted on our facebook page (and as of now, has been shared 944 times!). At the end of the post is a link to the whole gallery, and I hope you will take a look and give a share! Let’s spread the word and give the animals in shelters all over a chance of receiving a home to call their own!
