What advice would you give to someone curious about getting involved in Junior Handling?
It’s okay to just give it a try and you will learn something new every time. You don't have to know everything already before you start.
How important is your connection with the dog you are showing?
Very important. Because if you have a connection with your dog, it can get excited about showing and you can get excited about showing. We are a team.
Is there anything you would like to say about the dog show world?
I want to say thank you to the other handlers who have been nice to me and helped me learn how to show Olive better.

What is your age? 9
When did you start Junior Handling? I started Junior Handling around two years ago. I was lucky to get Olive from a friend in Maryland.
What is your favorite dog breed? Labrador Retrievers
How many shows do you compete in per year? So far I have competed in about 2 shows a year because they are close to where I live, but maybe I will do more!
What is your favorite thing about being a Junior Handler? I think it is fun. I really love dogs and I like having activities that I can do with my dog.
